Payments🐾
🐇 All prices are in USD!🐇 We happily accept PayPal and Wise!🐇 Flexible payment plans are available! Choose from:🐇 Weekly payments 🗓️
1/3 payments
50% upfront and 50% upon completion
40% upfront and the rest after completion
🐇 Please note: If two payments are missed, your order will be canceled.🐇 Full payment is required before we finish your commission or ship your fursuit/fursuit parts.
📦 Shipping
🐇 We ship within the UK and internationally!🐇 You’re responsible for the shipping fees.🐇 We’ll use the most affordable shipping option, but if you’d like to upgrade, just let me know!🐇 Please note that we are not liable for any issues that may occur during shipping, including but not limited to customs delays, parcel damage, or loss. Once the item has been handed over to the courier, it is beyond our control, and we cannot take responsibility for any mishaps that occur in transit. In such cases, refunds or replacements will not be possible.🐇 Unfortunately, we cannot ship to PO boxes.

Refunds are handled with care and on a case-by-case basis. Here’s how it works:🐇 We’ll keep the amount that covers materials and any work done.🐇 The more progress made, the less refund you’ll receive.🐇 If your suit is almost complete, refunds will not be possible.🐇 If we need to drop your commission for any reason, we’ll assess the situation for a potential refund.🐇 Refunds allow us to alter the fursuit/fursuit parts for resale.🐇 Please note: No refunds on pre-made items!

🐇 We have the right to decline any commission for any reason—no hard feelings, We promise!🐇 A clear reference is essential—help us help you!🐇 Deadlines aren’t in our playbook; we create at our own pace to ensure your suit is purr-fect!🐇 We may share pictures of your commissioned suit for my portfolio and promotions, with your permission, of course!🐇 If you need any changes, let us know as soon as you can! Some things might not be changeable based on timing.🐇 We love sharing WIPs (Work in Progress) as I create your dream suit!🐇 Prices can change, so if you get a quote and don’t commission right away, we’ll provide a new quote when you’re ready!
